Cry me a Tigris

NYT reporter has written an article entitled "The Devil's" Henchmen" for Atavist magazine, in which he decries Iraqi soldiers treatment of ISIS corpses as "a crime against humanity". 

We were recently treated to photographs of ISIS victims heads impaled on spikes, among other methods of displaying dead enemies. That the reconquerers of Mosul aren't burying ISIS bodies in a manner suitable to the author is no more upsetting to me than it is to Iraqis. 

Atavist Magazine, by the way, is owned by Barry Diller, who in October promised us that he'd leave the country if Trump became president. Just another lying liberal.

But shame on you if you deny us a proper funeral
