This one, 23 Terrace Avenue, in Riverside, seems like a decent deal. $1.3 million, Gideon's realtorspeak, "a likely candidate for updating" should be interpreted as "total gut-job", but you could be all in here for maybe another $250 - $300,000, and you should be okay.
