14 Hycliff Road (off Riversille0, sold new for $5.8 million in 2006. You can buy it today for $3.995. Asked-for price in 2011, $7.4. They didn't get it.

No yard to speak of in its eight acres, but it does have a pool (beware of black flies up here)

14 Mountain Wood

Not much to say about 14 Mountain Wood, other than it's a pretty house, except that the owners paid $3.850 for it in 2003, tried to resell it for $4.495 and today its's priced at $3.486. I'm sure you can get that thousand knocked off.
