20 Hidden Brook just sold for $2.850 million, after just 35 days on the market. It sold for $2.5 in 2011, $2.180 in 2008 (a distress sale, really) and, back when it was new in 2006, $3 million, on an asking price of $2.995.
Perfectly decent house, but a severely compromised back yard.
