Big ticket sale

2 Deerpark Meadow Road (corner of Lake Avenue) has sold for $11.1 million. Built as a spec house in 2008, its developer tried for $16.250 back then, but gave up in 2009, when it became obvious that our real estate market wasn't supporting such high prices at the time.

It came back on this past February at $12.9, and this buyer "snapped it up" at a discount.
