The owners priced it at $6 million on April 2, 2007, then raised it to $7.5 million two days later. I don’t know what was behind that pricing disagreement, but the participants could have saved themselves the bother of arguing, because the house has sat on the market at a steadily decreasing price ever since.

I don’t know many people in today’s market who want two building lots and a project up on the Bedford line, but there’s obviously at least one, and he seems to have gotten a pretty cheap deal. Maybe.
