30 Club Road, a 1900 home beautifully rebuilt by Doran Sabaag, sold for $6.453 million in 2012. Those buyers placed it back up for sale a year ago May at $6.549 million, but despite taking aggressive, $500,000 price cuts early and often, it had to drop to $5.099 before finding a customer.
That’s an owie.
