Deer Park takes a hit

Number 70 Midwood Road has, anyway, selling for $5.550 million on an original price (April, 2017) of $8.250. A good looking, 1937 classic in a great location, it sold for $7.5 million in 2004 and to these owners for $7.8 in 2012. I’m not sure what, besides the market, was “wrong” with this house, but buyers had two years to discover its charms, and five-five is the most anyone would pay for them.
