Old Greenwich contract

7 Lighthouse Lane, asking $2.2 million, reports a contract. Owners paid $2.350 for it in 2012 and have been trying to sell it since 2017, when they began at $2.7 million, but I’m guessing its low elevation in an AE flood zone hurt its chances. That issue appears to have been resolved, as it usually is, by a price reduction.
