The owner of 9 Stallion Trail has tossed in the towel and yielded to the market’s rejection of his house. Today he dropped its price from $2,593,75 to $2,583,75. That’s probably a smart move, because the market for Stallion Trail tends to come from Westchester, and those folks don’t have very much money, so every penny counts.
