10 West Crossway, reported as pending just two days ago, when it was asking $4.7 million, closed today at $4.250. There’s no telling what the real estate market will look like a year or two from now, but comparing relative values in our current market, $4.250 for new construction in Lucas Point seems like a reasonable deal.
