15 Sherwood Farm Lane, now reduced to $2.695 million. Purchased new in 2003 for $3.450, these owners put in a pool and other improvements and re-listed it in 2012 for $4.550. It’s been on and off the sales/rental rolls ever since. People seem willing to rent it, but not buy.
It might appeal to sharecroppers, I suppose
