Price cut on Clapboard Ridge

27 Clapboard Ridge Road/Flagler Drive down today to $3.995 million. Parts of it date back to 1848, and when it was last on the market in 2003 these owners paid $5.3 despite its (very) dated condition. They seem to have updated the kitchen and the baths, at the least, and placed it back on the market at $5.495 in April 2017; it’s still sitting.
