Personally, if I had this kind of money I’d prefer to live on the water here rather than in, say, a New York co-op. If nothing else, Greenwich has a far more vibrant and varied dining scene these days than New York does currently, or may ever have again, and the beaches are better.

And there should be excellent striped bass fishing right from shore, which you definitely can’t do from a co-op’s patio.

I do wonder, however, whether what looks like submerged breakwaters once marked dry land boundaries of this property. Erosion will do that.
