67 Pecksland Road, a 1930 home completely restored in 2004, has sold for $5.425 million. That’s not the $7.150 the seller paid for it in 2006, nor is it the $8.750 he looked for in 2016, but Pecksland doesn’t seem to be commanding the prices it once did; I don’t know why.
