Try, try again
/4 Old Round Hill Lane, which started at $14.250 million in 2015 and dropped down to $9.995 before being rented out in 2017, is off lease and back on the market at that same failed 2017 price, $9.995.
Maybe; it’s a grand house, but the sale history of this mini-development might give one pause. 3 Old Round Hill, purchased for $6.110 in 2010, also failed to sell between 2016 and 2018, for $7.750, and also ended up being rented out.
If I were interested in Number 4, I would also look at 1 Old Round Hill, currently asking “just” $4.795 million. Same quality builder, I believe, and purchased new in 2004 for $5.901. Owner listed it at $8.495 million in 2016 and as noted, four years later he’s down to $4.795. Number four may be nicer, but twice as nice? Ball’s in your court.
