I don’t know how the new owners recorded their deeds, if they did at all, with Town Hall closed, but two substantial sales were reported today.

19 Brookridge Drive, $6,497,200, on an asking price of $7.249. just three months on the market. Beautiful house, beautiful grounds, great location. I note that the house was built in 1927, just before the world went to hell. I hope history doesn’t repeat itself.

25 Dublin Hill Drive

Not so fortunate, unless the market tanks still further, were the now-former owners of 25 Dublin Hill drive, which sold for $3,331,610 (today was a day for odd sale prices, for some reason). Purchased for $6.725 million in 2004, this one didn’t prosper.
