26 Cobb Island Drive, purchased for $3.850 million in 2014 has sold today for $3.2. Nothing wrong with the house, but I-95 hasn’t gotten any quieter in the past five years.
Of interest, perhaps: this property went into contract just last week and has already closed. New Yorker?
