19 Meadow Drive, in Rock Ridge and asking $9.495 million, reports a contract. New construction priced at $13.995 back in January 2018, I’m sure this discounted price is a slight disappointment, but the builder paid $3.9 for the 2-acre lot, so he’ll be just fine.
