Ivan Lendl sold 16 Rock Ridge Avenue to the current (until yesterday) owners for $4.8 million in 1993. They put a lot of money into it and put it up for sale in 2018 at $11.9 million. It sold yesterday for $5.225.

That’s a big whiff.
