Originally built in 1993, it sold for $3 million in 2003 and then, just as the auction hammer was landing, for $1.750 in 2018. There’s always the I-95 noise issue to contend with here, but nice views, even kayak access to Cos Cob Harbor. I think this price is a bit of a stretch, but we’ll see.
