291 Stanwich Road, a spec house put up for sale 1,336 days ago in December 2014 at $6.695 million, dropped to $3.5 million a while ago and is now pending. I was privately recommending making a run at this place for the past couple of years, because its builder has a track record for building very good homes and very bad marketing decisions and a deal could probably be had, and mentioned that possibility publicly here, way back in 2017. My own clients didn’t like the house, I think because none of them were wild about Stanwich Road, but someone did.
