6 Jofran Lane, priced at $3.985 in May 2018 is now down to $2.950. Like most houses on Jofran it’s built on a cliff and doesn’t have much of a backyard, and contemporaries are always a bit of a hard sell in Greenwich, but Jofran’s in a very convenient location and at the right price, anything can happen.

My guess is that the owners’ spectacular collection of hang ten artwork (or is it Han Tang?) is worth more than the house itself, but that’s not included.
