16 John Street has closed at $3.050 on a final asking price of $3.495 million. It was asking $6 million in 2012, but that was a stupid price.
A nice, 1932 house badly in need of updating, I suspect its beautiful 7.5 acre yard was the real attraction here. Will the house see 2022? Probably not.
