26 Old Wagon Road, Havemeyer, asking $899,000, contract in 14 days. It’s certainly possible that the buyer is an end-user; Havemeyer’s a nice neighborhood, and even with some money sunk into upgrades this would be a relatively cheap entrance into Old Greenwich. But I’m guessing builder.
