23 Tomac Avenue, Old Greenwich, $2.695 million, gone in 8 days. This was one of developer Gary Flyer’s 1990s project of four houses here, abandoned when Gary lived up to his name and fled town. They were eventually completed and despite their unfortunate era-appropriate architecture, have done well over the years.
