St. Ginsburg update

In 27 years on the Supreme Court, RPG hired exactly one black law clerk, and zero in her 13 years on the federal branch. Using conventional, pre-woke math, that’s one clerk in forty years.

She hired on merit and was color blind in her choices, perhaps, but she had no problem upholding “racial disparity” rulings against other employers during her tenure.
