/44 Mooreland Road has returned to our inventory, priced now at $10.995 million. It couldn’t sell at $17,199 million in 2012, and was no more successful in the ensuing years despite a steady succession of price cuts. But it’s a decent house on a nice street, and there are certainly buyers out there looking in this price range, so maybe this is its time.
My personal guess is that it’s going to take a number beginning in the eights to move this house, but that’s based on nothing but a hard head-scratching, so ….
