Price cut

28 Wooddale Road, now asking $2.595 million. The owners paid $3.450 in 2006 and tried unsuccessfully to unload in 2016 at $4.150. They started this time at a more modest $2.795 but so far, that hasn’t worked, obviously.

This new price should stir up some interest because Wooddale’s a very nice street, with some recent sales in the $9-11 range, and there’s not much else on the market, on a comparable street, in the mid-$2s.

Probably worth a look.
