I was struck by this caution, which is not entirely uncommon in listings:

Chandelier in dining room and pendant lights over island in kitchen are not included and available for sale.

I understand if a homeowner has items that are of sentimental value and which are excluded from the sale because he intends to take them with him when he goes, but if they aren’t of that type, surely a $3.695 listing shouldn’t also carry notice of a tag sale.
