It had to happen and it finally did: Ten years after starting off at $10.750 million, 65 Hunting Ridge Road has sold, for $5.995. It was on and off the market, at steadily declining prices, since September ‘11, and then spat the bit and expired unsold at $5.695 in July 2020.

A new broker saw new hope as the COVID market soared, and brought it back this past March at the startling price — given where it had died 8 months before — of $6.485 million. And lo, they got $5.995, so all’s well that ends well, eh?
