River Road Contract

554 River Road (the River Road that runs north-south on the east side of the Mianus River) reports a contract — current asking price is $2.380 million. This is part of three-lot project near the lower end of the road, and was originally listed in September 2018 for $2.750, and gradually dropped to $1.990 before being pulled from the market in May, 2019. It was brought back on last June, again at $2.750, and dropped again, but October, 2021 is not June, 2019, and a buyer has appeared.
