1 Plesant View Place, $2.350 million. Just 8 days between listing and contract, which, allowing for time spent on inspections and negotiations, probably means it had an accepted offer the day it appeared, and that suggests that it’s going for above-ask.

It can certainly use some updating, but it’s a far cry from what it looked like in 1999 (when, by the way, it sold for $470,000 on a $430,000 ask).
