Those buyers performed what the listing agent claimed was a “full renovation” in 2006 and put it back up for sale in 2008 at $3.595. 278 days later, they sold it to these owners for $3.1.
I was going to scoff at the modern “black-look” that’s been done to this house, but then I looked at pictures from what it looked like when they bought it back in ‘08, and realized that there have been far, far worse looks than the current one. At least this style is clean, and free of frump and clutter.
