A modest price cut for a not-so-modest price

31 Thornhill Road, NoPo, from $1.795 to $1.780. Thornhill’s a nice street, within reason, but the highest previous price was achieved in 2014, No. 27, also a renovation, albeit not in this “modern” style, sold for $1.350 million.

The market’s different today, of course, but in my experience, $15,000 in this price range shouldn’t have scared off bidders.

31 Thornhill before renovation. Purchased for $535,000 in 8/20, pre-foreclosure
