I'm not an anti-vaxxer, just against compulsion, so I see this as good news (especially because they're not falsely claiming it's a "vaccine".)

Regeneron gains EU approval for its COVID-19 “Monoclonal Antibody Cocktail”. And who doesn’t like cocktails?

The approval is the latest in a series of victories for Regeneron after its treatment received approval in the United Kingdom, Japan and Australia. The authorization allows Regeneron to market its product to individuals aged 12 years and older for outpatient treatment and for individuals with an increased risk of developing severe symptoms.

The European Medicines Agency’s (EMA) Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use issued a positive opinion of the treatment on Thursday.

Once it overcame its horror that Regeneron was used to treat President Trump (and its refusal to look at COVID treatment, instead of vaccination [sic], the FDA approved the drug for use in this country last summer. Now Regeneron is back, seeking approval for its use as a preventative, and it seems to have the numbers to prove its efficacy.

I’m all for whatever it takes; just don’t force free individuals to take it. That said, I won’t be comfortable taking this until the Mickster’s been on it for a year or so (he’s probably already had his first shot).
