Just when I thought real estate activity was over for the holidays, along comes a pending sale

7 Chateau Ridge Drive, asking $2.975 million, is reported pending after just 19 days. Although its siting makes taking a decent exterior shot a challenge, it’s a nice house, and Chateau Ridge isn’t much affected (well, it’s a tolerable level) by road-noise, despite its proximity to the Merritt.

It doesn’t appear that all that much has been done to it since our former BOE Chairman Jim Cumanale and spouse sold it to these owners in 2007 for $2.750. But that’s alright, it works as it is.
