18 Grimes Road, Old Greenwich, started at $3.150 in June 2015 and had dropped all the way down to $2.395 before its dispirited owners pulled it from the market in June, 2019. Listing agent Helen Maher put it back on at $2.750 this past July, and lo, a buyer has appeared.
