50 Sumner Road, listed at $4.450 million and sold today for $4.6. The sellers paid $3.150 in October, 2019, and even accounting for improvements made, that’s a lot of money for this location.

This listing and the previous one both give a construction date of 2018, but friends of mine lived in it before then, and sold it in 2015 for $1.575. I suspect “almost new” might be more accurate.
