434 Riversville Road, 15,000 sq.ft., asking $8.9 million, got $8,571,000. That’s far more than I thought a house on Riversville is worth, and more than my own client was willing to pay, but someone obviously disagreed. The buyer is from someplace on the Hudson, Edgewater, New Jersey. Never heard of it.
