This hardly seems fair, but the life of a real estate agent rarely is

New broker, same house, same price, same CGI illustrations, 596 North Street, which is still under construction, was listed with one agent from January 2021 though August, and now it’s back, but with a different broker and agent. It's still priced at $6.850 million.

I say “unfair”, because houses under construction are a very hard sell, usually — buyers like to actually see what they’re getting, and few have the imagination to see a completed, decorated master primary bedroom when it’s just studs and plywood. I don’t blame them; I have the same difficulty, but it does make the agent’s job difficult. But that’s the business, and the risk an agent knowingly assumes when she takes on a new construction, so I’m sure there are no hard feelings here (snicker).

And credit where credit due, the new agent has added to the listing verbiage the following description: “All residences are curated with over 10,000 sq ft of living space”. I’ll bet the zillionaires will show up in droves, just to find out what the hell she’s talking about.
