South Baldwin Road seems to be reviving, or at least, it's stopped drowning

Like the rest of mid-to-back-country Greenwich, both South and North Baldwin Roads fell out of favor over the past decade, but we’re seeing more sales now, at decent prices. The sellers of 78 Baldwin Farms S. paid $2.850 in August, 2020 , made a few minimal improvements, put it back up for sale at $3.265, and it’s pending after just 42 days. That’s not California price inflation, mind you, but not long ago, selling up here after just a year’s ownership almost guaranteed you a loss instead of a small net profit.
