The Grant Wood House takes a (tiny) price cut. From $4.795 million to $4.695.

15 Sherwood Farm Lane sold new in 2004 for $3.450 million, and those buyers spent the decade from 2011 trying to resell it, starting at $4.550 in January, 2011 and finally succeeded on November 30, 2020, unloading it on these owners for $2.640.

They, in turn, made some improvement — list here — and returned it to the market at the aforesaid $4.795. Will the combination of relatively modest renovations and the 2021 market surge be enough to justify a $2 million jump? So far, the answer is no, but going by precedent, there’s plenty of time.
