28 Wooddale Road finally finds a buyer

28 Wooddale, currently priced at $2.595 million, reports a contract. The owners paid $3.450 for it in the boom of ‘06, and originally tried selling it for $4.150 in 2015. It’s been on and off the market since, with periods of rentals to break the monotony.

Wooddale’s an excellent street, and although this house has its difficulties: master bedroom up, other bedrooms down, for instance, I’ve been surprised as I watched it linger.
