73 Sturbridge Hill Road, nee 61 Sturbridge, in New Canaan, is pending after just 25 days on the market. Listing price is $3.995 million.

At the time he murdered his wife Jennifer in 2019 Fortis Dulos had almost completed building a spec house on 61 Sturbridge Hill Road in New Canaan. Events intervened that prevented him from continuing, but someone else stepped in, changed the address to #73, and finished the job. A C/O was issued in August 2019, but court/bank procedures held things up until now.

Mrs. Dulos was killed at her own home on the other side of town, so there’s no particular psychological impact here, just a bit of notoriety. And, given the home’s short stay on the market, that obviously didn’t bother buyers one whit.
