Contract on Hycliff

3 Hycliff Road, off Riversville and currently priced at $4.999 reports a contract. It started at $5.250 in May. I saw this house when it was new in 2004 and was favorably impressed. It sold for $4.6 back then, so, at least in this neighborhood, we’re still not back to that boom’s pricing.

The listing notes that the basement flooded during Ida earlier this year, but if there’s a contract, that obviously didn’t bother the soon-to-be new owner.
