Riverside Price War?

22 Bramble Lane, asked $3.595, accepted offer first day — I’m guessing multiple offers. My pal and business partner Mickster owned the original 1950s house here back in 2005-2008, fixed it up as a rental, and nearly doubled his money when he sold it to this one’s builder back then. The current owner paid $3.225 in 2017, and will apparently be doing well, but you may want to question how long this madness will last.
