Nice deal on Howard Road

83 Howard Road (loops from Stanwich to Taconic) has sold for $2.225 million. The builder who put it up in 2007 asked $4.2 originally, before accepting reality and selling it to these owners for $2.6 million in 2010. Even that may have been too high (and it must have been, given this latest sales price) but it seemed reasonable at the time, just as $2.225 seems like an excellent price today.
