Interesting, at least as a gauge of market conditions. It was put up for sale in 2019 @ same price, didn’t sell, and then returned to the market in July 2020, also at $2.095, dropped to $1.990 by September before being rented out.. This time, it took just 15 days to find a buyer. Why, oh why, did it take the stager so long to follow my advice?
