I Bumped this up from yesterday to note this development: Welsh First Minister Drakeford he would “consider, and not rule out the measure”.

The obeisance shown by peasants to authority, willingly letting them ruin their lives and businesses and locking them in their houses must have been a delightful eye-opener to dictators around the world: “if they’ll let us do that to them, then why not ….?”
